This page explains how we send business emails, and how to make sure you never hear from us again if you'd rather not.

Who we email

Every email we send goes to a specific person, identified and researched individually by Serafim Ivanov before writing to them. We do not buy, rent, or scrape contact lists, and we do not use third-party affiliates, resellers, or list brokers to reach anyone on our behalf.

Opting out

Every outreach email includes a clear way to opt out. Any unsubscribe or opt-out request is honored immediately and permanently: once you ask not to be contacted, you will not receive another email from this domain, from any address or sender.

To opt out of future contact, or if you believe you received an email from this domain in error, email serafim@serafimivanov.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Requests are processed by hand, not a bot, and confirmed within one business day.

Scope

This policy applies to all outreach sent using this domain, including email sent by Serafim Ivanov directly and any tools or services used to send on the domain's behalf.
